Bad choice (Myofusion). Myofusion is a 70% protein product made up of mostly whey concentrates. ON's Pro Complex APS on the other hand is a much purer 85% protein product made up of only whey isolates (no concentrates) + Egg albumin + BCAA (14grams) + Glutamine (10.5 grams). It is mostly fast acting (except for the egg albumin) and is perfect PWO.

Wut? Myofusion is FAR from being a bad choice. Quality low temperature processed concentrates are not inferior to isolates, which it appears you are alluding to. You can even make the case that lower quality isolates - read: ion exchange which it has - is a step down from a quality concentrate. Myo also has other ingredients so comparing percentages is close to irrelevant. And the protein is not all concentrate either. And one more thing - blends of "fast" and "slow" proteins are not inferior to all "fast" acting proteins. On the contrary they confer their own benefits, perform equivocally, but may even have the upper hand in some instances.

I use a protein blend for PWO, and it has worked well for me. There are also a few studies that have shown blends to be more effective than whey-only products for PWO.

Personally I am not a huge fan of Optimum and have only purchased Pro Complex once, but it is a popular product and should work fine for you.
