This is my second time of purchasing serious mass and I will continue to use it. I take the chocolate(as I don't like any other flavour) but it tastes great and mixes really well, I only use a shaker bottle so I can imagine it being much better with a blender. I had to return my first bag as I ordered the wrong flavour and the service I got from dolphin fitness was great. Just watch out when returning because postage on the bigger tubs is pretty costly!

THIS PRODUCT IS GOOD, I'VE HAD IT BEFORE. IT HAS A LOT OF CALORIES AND IT IS HIGH IN CARBS WHICH ARE VERY LOW IN SUGARS. A LOT OF SUPPLEMENTS THESE DAYS ARE HIGH CARBS BUT ALL OF IT TURNS TO SUGARS, AND THEY MAKE YOU FEEL HUNGRY LATER ON. THIS MIXES WELL IN A SHAKER OR BETTER STILL THE BLENDER, AND THE BANANA IS NICE..A LITTLE SWEET, I PREFER TO MIX IT WITH MILK.

Over the years I've tried loads of weight gain powders and this is by far 1 of the best if not thee best. I'm your typical ectomorph and find it really hard to maintain let alone put on weight..This products allows me to maintain and build size,albeit gradually but it works,alongside a good diet and regular meals. and i actually don't mind taking this stuff as in it actually tastes nice (Vanilla) without me having to add Nesquick to make it palatable and gulp it down real quick,plus it's not thick like them old Mcdonalds shakes which also makes it go down nicely. I'm on my 5th big pkt 4.5kg and won't be changing products anytime soon. If it's good quality weight gain you're after without that bloated feeling,this is the 1

I'm using this product for the past 2 months and I must say that for a person like me who was finding it difficult to gain overall weight and muscle size all my life, this product has done wonders and it has allowed me to gain about 6 kgs in 2 months and has also increased my muscle size.
